Formula for Profit

You want to have a formula in place for your business.  What’s your method?  What’s your procedure?  What’s your recipe for success?  You want a duplicable blueprint.  You want to be able to easily teach others how to successfully do what you do – if not better.  You want to remember what you did that worked so well "that last time" so that you can do it again in the future and implement it in your procedures manual.  You want to make "it" customary.
