Despite all of the gloomy reports that headline the media day in and day out about the economic struggles and hardships of today, this isn't so for everybody or every industry. There are some industries that are experiencing record growth and success right now.
The direct selling industry is extremely hot, contrary to many opinions that I run into ever so often! I have my opinions as well and I won't exude you with my biases on direct selling companies but what I will say is this; the direct selling industry produces an astound number of millionaires annually!
Take a look at these industry statistics that include many successful direct selling companies:
Wellness is a $2.2 Billion per year industry
Coffee is a $5 Billion per year industry
Travel is a $8 Billion per year industry
Now is the time to take a close examination of recession proof industries and start taking the steps to recession proof your income and profits if you haven't already done so. Now is the time to throw your opinions and assumptions out of the window and take some time to do some homework and research and start to potentially realize opportunity that awaits you in the world. Remember, successful people don't wait for opportunity to hit them in the forehead; they go out and create their own opportunities. Odds are there are many opportunities that you haven't tapped into and so start tapping into some of them. What's the worse thing that could happen?
